• Everdale Organic Farm & Environmental Learning Centre: Sustainable Living Workshops as scheduled
• Continuo Sustainable Living Retreat: Live off-grid for a week with Mat Redsell and learn about sustainable living practises.
• CANSIA & Seneca College: Photovoltaic (PV) Technician Program
• Manufacturer training when posted and available

Solar Training is essential for new dealers to understand the complexities of solar installations. We encourage our dealers to familiarize themselves with every aspect of the job, from start to finish.

We also know that sometimes hands-on training can be hard to find. That is why we have developed the following program:

Installation Training:

When one of our dealers has purchased a package from us, we offer that dealer the opportunity to have free installation assistance! Upon acceptance, this installation training event will be broadcast to our other dealers, offering them a chance to get their hands dirty by installing the system! As other dealers accept the invitation, they will be emailed the location, lead dealer, dates, and installation particulars of the installation.

Lead Dealer Incentives:

• Free labour! Hey, we know that most dealers are one or two man shows, and selling the product can be a lot easier than finding the needed hands to get the job done.
• Extra Rewards Points - In conjunction with our rewards point system, the lead dealer will recieve double the reward points for the product purchased for the installation.

Assistant Dealer Incentives:

• Hands-on training in the field in real life installations
• Pre-installation primer: We'll go over the details of the installation beforehand with our crew. The products, the site, fall arrest requirements (where needed), and any other relevant information.
